What is Long Play?
Long Play is a video hosting platform built for independent creators. It's quiet, focused, and built around your work - not engagement metrics.
You upload your video, we encode it, your audience watches. No algorithm, no trending feed, no pressure to post constantly.
Who uses Long Play?
- Filmmakers sharing rough cuts, final edits, and commissioned work
- Educators distributing lectures and course recordings
- Musicians hosting live sets and visual albums
- Researchers, artists, and writers sharing long-form video
How Long Play is funded
Long Play is a subscription service. Creators pay us directly - no ads, no data harvesting, no conflict of interest.
If you're ready to get started, creating your account takes a couple of minutes. The Free plan lets you start uploading immediately.
