Managing and cancelling your subscription
Everything to do with your subscription lives in Settings → Billing - invoices, payment method, and cancellation are all handled there via the Stripe billing portal.
Cancelling within 48 hours
If you cancel within 48 hours of subscribing, you receive an immediate refund and your plan reverts to Free.
Cancelling after 48 hours
Your subscription is set to cancel at the end of the current billing period. You keep your plan's features until then, and after that you get a further 30 days of Creator-level features as a grace period to sort out your channels and video hours. A banner on the site shows what to reduce and by when. This applies the same way whether you were on Creator or Pro - a cancelled Pro subscription's grace period is at Creator's level, not Pro's.
The Free plan allows 2 channels in total (your main account plus 1 more) and 10 hours of video. If you have more than that, nothing is deleted or hidden. New uploads are paused while you are over the hours limit, and you can't create channels while you are over the channel limit, until you are back within the limits or upgrade again.
Your videos are never deleted when you downgrade. You'll lose access to Creator-only features, but your library stays intact. If you're over the Free quota, existing videos remain accessible - you just won't be able to upload new ones until you're back within the limit.
If you're having trouble with billing or think something looks wrong, contact us and we'll sort it out.
