Following creators

You can follow any creator on Long Play to keep track of their work. Following is available to anyone with a Long Play account - you don't need a Creator plan.

How to follow

While watching any video, you'll see a Follow button next to the creator's name (if they run more than one channel, you follow that channel, not everything they publish) (you need to be logged in). Click it and the button changes to Following. You don't need to follow someone to watch their public videos.

Your Following feed

Once you follow one or more creators, go to Following from your dashboard (or /me/following) to see their recent videos in one place. The feed updates when you visit. You'll also get an email when a creator you follow makes a video public, with a link to stop those emails.

Unfollowing

On the same Following page, click Unfollow next to any creator to remove them from your feed.

Privacy

Following is not publicly displayed - creators cannot see a list of who follows them, and your following activity is not visible to other users.
